Delivery drivers are generally offered as either part time or full time. You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and will help uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care. The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue to meet our guest's expectations outside of the Restaurant.

Catering Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
-
Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency and hospitality
- Represent Chick-fil-A by providing exceptional customer service during each delivery

Work alongside the Kitchen and Catering Teams to prepare, organize, and assemble catering orders for accuracy and quality before delivery

Assist in packaging, loading, and verifying catering orders to ensure all items are included

Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times

Communicate professionally with guests and leadership regarding delivery updates or concerns

Meet with Supervisor on shift to receive specific position and other duty(s) assigned on current shift when there are no deliveries available
- Must be willing to serve as both a delivery driver and inside restaurant support in Kitchen or Service Operations

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older in order to operate a Chick-fil-A vehicle

Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
-
Must have a valid state-issued driver's license

Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 25 lbs)

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team

Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail
