- Master Service Technician
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues
- Complete multi-point inspections and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
- Maintain efficiency while producing high-quality workmanship
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Deliver an exceptional service experience to every customer
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
- Check and adjust tire pressure
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Replace oil filters and drain plugs
- Lubricate vehicle components as required
- Identify maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to the service team
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout every visit
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred (experience requirements vary by position)
- Dealership experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
