Five Star Bath Solutions is currently seeking full-time Brand Ambassador to represent the company at Home Depot across Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County's.
The Brand Ambassador serves as the face of our company within assigned Home Depot stores, building strong relationships with store associates and leadership while increasing awareness of our bathroom remodeling products and services. This role is responsible for conducting weekly store visits, educating associates on our offerings, ensuring displays remain organized and stocked, and helping drive qualified customer referrals.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $20-$22 per hour.
- Commission: Performance-based commission
- Weekly Car Allowance
- Note: Base pay is determined by experience, education, and other factors.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Relationship Management
- Site Visit with each assigned Home Depot store weekly for both Product Knowledge (PK) sessions and in-store visits
- Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Specialty Assistant Managers, Department Supervisors, and Store associates.
- Become the trusted point of contact for our company.
- Maintain regular communication with store leadership.
Associate Education
- Conduct weekly product knowledge sessions with associates.
- Train new associates on our remodeling process and products.
- Explain how our consultation process works.
- Answer questions regarding installation, financing, warranties, and timelines.
- Keep associates informed about promotions and new product offerings.
Lead Generation
- Encourage associates to refer customers needing bathroom remodeling.
- Help associates identify ideal customers.
- Increase referral activity through relationship building.
- Track referral opportunities by store.
- Responsiveness and CRM data accuracy.
Territory Management
- Plan efficient weekly routes.
- Maintain a consistent visitation schedule.
- Document store visits and PK sessions.
- Provide leadership with weekly activity reports.
Merchandising & Brand Standards
- Inspect displays and marketing materials.
- Restock brochures and promotional materials.
- Ensure displays remain clean and presentable.
- Report damaged displays or signage.
- Coordinate updates with the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years retail, merchandising, field sales, or brand ambassador experience; big-box retail experience preferred and / or Home Improvement Sales
- Strong presentation and product-demo skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and engage customers in retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable training and influencing store staff.
- Self-starter with strong time-management and territory-planning skills.
- Comfortable with travel across LA to assigned stores and working weekends.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Basic CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and mobile/tablet competency.
