The Jaeb Center for Health Research is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to join our team and provide essential support to our clinical research team. The Clinical Trial Associate is responsible for assisting with the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical studies, working closely with investigators and site personnel. The CTA serves as the primary point of contact for clinical sites and assists the Protocol Monitor with centralized monitoring functions to ensure compliance with study protocols, procedures, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical studies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinical sites
- Work closely with investigators and site personnel throughout the course of clinical studies
- Assist the Protocol Monitor with centralized monitoring functions
- Support compliance with study protocols, procedures, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Collaborate with the clinical research team to support successful study conduct
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting
- Clinical Research Associate (CRA) certificate preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Salary is commensurate with education and experience and ranges from $48,000 to $58,000 annually, plus an excellent benefits package, including health coverage, education reimbursement, and retirement benefits. This is a full-time remote position. Relocation to the Tampa Bay area is not required.
