Upscale / High End Armed Security Professionals needed for Full and Part Time hours at our luxury condo on Collins Avenue in Miami, Florida. The selected candidate must meet company and client approval with regards to maturity, larger than average height requirements, and possess an image appropriate appearance. This position is full time and candidates of interest must have an open availability to schedules. Uniform attire will be blue business suit with white shirt provided by client to ensure assigned officer continuously displays militant and polished look and demeanor. We prefer male candidates to be clean shaven, however, should you have a mustache or beard, it must be professionally presented and well groomed.
Requirements:
· Reliable and consistent with regards to assigned work schedule with minimal to no call outs (unless emergency)
· Must have Armed “G” License
· Impressive and verifiable work history
· Military / Retired Law Enforcement (not required, but preferred)
· Complete understanding and pronunciation of the English Language (Bi-Lingual a plus)
· Excellent Customer Services and communication (Mandatory)
· Above average problem solver and decision maker
· Ability to stand for long periods as this position is a foot patrolling post within the establishment
·High School Diploma (college degree preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Computer literate and above average typing skills
- Responsible for Resident packages and communication with Butler to ensure proper delivery of packages
- Prevent any unauthorized persons or activity while posted
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Ability to communicate professionally via two-way radio (walkie-Talkie)
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possession
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
