Harmonic Custom Graphics & Fabrication is looking for a highly motivated Fabrication Specialist to join our team immediately. Please note: THIS IS NOT A DESIGNER POSITION.

The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, understands the importance of precision, and values doing things right the first time.
Machine usage includes:
- Table routers and handheld routers
- Painting
- Power tools – table saw, panel saw, chop saw, drill press, handheld router
- Cutting table / router CNC table
- Paint booth
- Forklift
Required Skills
- Strong fabrication skills - ability to conceptualize and build
- Paint
- Accurate math and measuring
- Variety of power tool skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong internal team and external client written and verbal communication skills
- Responsiveness and urgency
- Comprehensive planning and scheduling skills
- A track record of meeting time and budgetary objectives
- A knack for evaluating projects to identify improvement strategies
- Lift, carry and assemble items
- Team collaboration, cooperate easily with other team members
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills
- CNC router experience
- Dynamic installation experience
- Maintaining and staying on top of various cleaning/upkeep protocols
- Aptitude for technology- reading, interpreting and assessing accuracy of build plans
