Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest requests and concerns proactively, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality values.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
