- Must be willing to work up high on roofs & third story decks.
- Cincinnati/Dayton/Northern Kentucky
This is a 1099 - Independent Contractor Position.
1099 Terms & Conditions:
- This is not a W-2 position.
- Contractor is responsible for all self-employment taxes (Social Security, Medicare, Income Tax).
- No company-provided benefits (no health insurance, paid PTO, or retirement).
- Schedule is flexible, provided project milestones are met.
- Compensation is hourly, paid once a week.
