We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our family wellness practice on a temporary maternity coverage basis. Our collaborative team of wellness professionals, including chiropractors and an acupuncturist, specializes in family-centered care with a focus on pain management, fertility support, pregnancy care, pediatrics and postpartum wellness.
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care and enjoys working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Previous experience or a strong interest in women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum support is preferred but not required. Job Description
- Provide acupuncture treatments for patients of various ages and health concerns.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other wellness professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
- Deliver individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and treatment records.
- Educate patients on wellness strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and treatment expectations.
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of acupuncture practice.
- Participate in maintaining a welcoming, family-friendly clinical environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and treatment sessions.
- Develop and implement acupuncture treatment plans for pain management, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric and general wellness patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient care and treatment coordination.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for patient appointments.
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing requirements and clinic policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the patient experience.
- Assist with temporary coverage needs while ensuring continuity of care for existing patients.
Pay: $42.00 per hour
