We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)'s for:
- Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for (3) 12.5hr shifts (6:00AM-6:30PM)
- Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for (3) 12.5hr shifts (6:00PM-6:30AM)
- Casual / PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a minimum of (4) 8.5hr or 12.5hr self-scheduled shifts per month, (2) of which must be weekend shifts!
Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) responsibilities:
- Medication administration following all applicable policies and rules
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Communication of significant resident changes to the physician and supervises/monitors the care provided by CNAs on the unit.
- Follows up on appropriate paperwork and orders
- Communicates proactively and professionally with residents and families keeping them aware of changes in resident’s condition, incidents, and problem resolution
