Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Seeking QA/QC Manager with experience with Hyperscale Datacenters, Complex Industrial Projects, or Large Scale Vertical construction
· Experience inspecting your own jobs with strong leadership skills
· Must have experience with projects from $5-50 million in size
· Must have at least 5 years’ experience as an Inspector
· Procore experience is a plus, must have MS Office Experience
A excellently qualified candidate will possess the following:
· Direct experience in preferred fields
· Proficient with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Google Docs
· A desire to do things right the first time
· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
· Ability to foresee problems and prevent them
·Responsible for inspecting and reporting on specific aspects of construction works in progress for transportation, utility, water/wastewater and vertical construction projects.
- Responsible for conducting inspections of electrical installations, including wiring, equipment, and grounding systems.
- Verify compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and other relevant regulations
- Assure that job site tests/ inspections, including quality control, quality assurance, and verifications are performed in accordance with the standard test/ inspection methods, project specifications, and another contract document.
- Prioritize and work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Perform all phases of field assignment. Interpret specifications, working drawings and convey intent to the contractor.
- Responsible for all aspects of field inspection, testing, testing coordination, and sampling equipment.
- Obtain and record field data, in a legible and organized fashion; as required by the plans, specifications, or project staff.
- Generate and compile electronic field reports, maintain accurate records of inspections and reports.
- Issue permits and approvals for electrical work that meets standards.
- Investigate complaints and electrical incidents.
