Brake Masters is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Center Manager to lead our [Simi valley ] location.
The Service Center Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, customer service, sales, technician workflow, and overall store performance. This includes writing repair orders, reviewing vehicle inspections, building estimates, presenting recommended services, managing technician productivity, and ensuring customers receive professional and honest service.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with automotive experience who can drive sales, lead a team, maintain an efficient shop, and take ownership of the service center’s performance.
Previous automotive management or service advisor experience and a valid driver's license are required.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
