Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow their career with us.
Duties:
-Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer the office phone
-Complete work orders in our system.
-Answer Emails
-Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Skills:
- Customer support experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
- Knowledge of construction or roofing preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
