Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Waterford. This position offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to support residents working toward improved mobility, balance, and functional independence.
Position Responsibilities:

Complete physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment sessions

Address gait training, strengthening, balance, transfers, and endurance goals

Collaborate with rehab staff and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care plans

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license required

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Strong clinical and communication skills
