Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Call Center Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior call center experience, and be comfortable working with computers and office software.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide professional support in both English and Spanish
- Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently
- Enter and update customer information accurately
- Maintain call logs and documentation
- Meet performance goals and bonus-based targets
Requirements
- Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous call center/customer service experience required
- Computer savvy with strong typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site near Kendall Airport
- Part-time applicants are also welcome
