Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and storage areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling ingredients when needed.
- Support the catering team by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events or banquet functions.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service hours efficiently.
- Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a safe and inviting environment.
