Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Service Porter to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. The Service Porter will assist with vehicle movement, parking, and customer interactions, contributing to a positive customer experience. Prior experience in hospitality, dealership operations, or delivery driving is a plus. A valid driver’s license with manual transmission experience are preferred. Bilingual skills are advantageous for this position.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures
- Drive and park customer vehicles safely within dealership premises
- Transport vehicles between service bays, lot, and other designated locations efficiently
- Assist with vehicle cleaning or minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and service schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and parking lots
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and bilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior roles involving customer service or retail operations will support success in this position
