Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear based on style, fit, and vision needs
- Place and track optical orders (glasses, lenses, contacts)
- Adjust, fit, and repair frames
- Verify vision insurance benefits
- Maintain a clean, organized optical space
- Provide kind, professional service to every patient
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in optical or optometric settings preferred
- Friendly, reliable, and organized
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Comfortable with basic computer skills and office software
