Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to support personal injury legal files from initial intake through the pre-litigation stage. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a legal support professional who enjoys client communication, case organization, medical record coordination, and helping move files forward with accuracy and care.
The Personal Injury Case Manager will join an onsite, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, training on internal processes, and an opportunity to contribute to meaningful client-focused legal work. Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury case files from intake through pre-litigation, ensuring files are organized, accurate, and updated.
- Gather, review, and organize medical records, medical bills, wage loss information, and related case documentation.
- Communicate with clients regarding treatment status, medical records, bills, and overall case progress.
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain information, track claims activity, and support demand preparation.
- Prepare demand packages for submission to insurance carriers.
- Monitor client treatment progress and follow up with clients consistently and professionally.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $47,000 to $50,000 per year, contingent on experience.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Work arrangement: Onsite position in Norfolk, VA 23510.
- Parking provided.
