As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our clinic, you’ll be more than a provider—you’ll be a trusted partner in your patients’ lives. You’ll have the autonomy to truly connect with patients, guiding them toward better health outcomes while shaping the future of our practice.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pulmonary and sleep conditions, from preventive care to complex treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with the physician, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes.
- Utilize our EMR system to document visits and track patient progress.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in OH.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine (new grads with strong clinical rotations considered).
- Must have DEA Registration applied for or active by offer acceptance.
- Strong diagnostic skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in a clear, compassionate way.
- Comfort with EMR systems and willingness to adapt to new technologies, including CPAP/Bilevel machines, FENO, and Inspire devices.
