Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation initiatives for our estimating services. This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands the construction/AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry and can translate that expertise into high impact marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the construction estimating industry
- Lead digital marketing efforts across SEO, paid ads, email, content, and social media
- Drive lead generation campaigns tailored to contractors, subcontractors, and buildersCollaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing with business growth goalsOversee content creation (case studies, blogs, testimonials) that reflects industry credibilityTrack KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize marketing spend/ROIManage external vendors, agencies, and marketing tools/platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, with proven background in a construction or estimation company
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing within the AEC/construction industry
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand strategy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with cross-border/international teams
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and CRM tools
