Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and basic mechanical repairs. Your expertise will help ensure our customers’ vehicles operate smoothly and safely while providing excellent service that keeps them coming back.
Duties
- Perform oil changes, automotive fluid replacements, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately
- Conduct tire services such as rotations, replacements, and alignments to optimize vehicle safety and performance
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including brake inspections, filter replacements, and light mechanical repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and perform repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally
- Support the team with additional maintenance tasks to ensure all vehicles meet quality standards
Skills
- Dealership or automotive service experience preferred, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures
- Mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair skills
- Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement, oil change procedures, tire service, and alignment techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Sales aptitude for recommending additional services or maintenance needs to customers
