About the Opportunity
Spiffy Cleaning Professionals LLC is seeking experienced, self-employed cleaning contractors to complete residential, office, and short-term rental cleaning assignments in Morris County.
Contractors receive the location, service scope, scheduling window, and compensation before accepting an assignment. Contractors remain free to accept or decline each assignment. The number and frequency of assignments vary. No minimum hours or assignments are guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Complete standard, deep, move-in, move-out, office, or short-term rental cleaning based on the accepted service scope.
- Determine the methods and sequence used to complete the accepted work.
- Arrive within the agreed service window.
- Communicate arrival, completion, and service concerns.
- Protect client property and maintain professional conduct.
- Correct any verified service issues related to the accepted assignment.
Contractor Requirements
- At least two years of professional cleaning experience.
- An independently established cleaning business.
- Current general liability insurance.
- Completed W-9 and independent contractor agreement.
- Personal cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with reliable phone and internet service.
- Ability to complete a background screening.
- Freedom to provide cleaning services to other clients and companies.
Compensation
Contractors receive 50% to 60% of the client's cleaning price. Compensation typically ranges from $75 to $360 per completed assignment, depending on the property, service type, and scope.
Payment is issued after the accepted assignment is completed, according to the independent contractor agreement.
Independent Contractor Relationship
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employment position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, transportation, supplies, equipment, and business expenses.
Contractors control their availability, remain free to accept or decline assignments, and remain free to work with other clients. Spiffy Cleaning Professionals LLC does not guarantee a specific number of assignments or hours.
