Position: We are seeking experienced Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic - Class 8 to perform inspections, maintenance, adjustments and repairs to our large fleet of service and delivery vehicles. Knowledge of oil and propane delivery trucks a plus.
The right candidate will ensure that repairs and maintenance are compliant with Company, State and Federal regulations.
Monday - Friday, overtime available seasonally based on demand.
Preferred Qualifications:
- knowledge of hydraulics and/or engine diagnostics and repair
- knowledge of meter wiring and repair preferred
- Heavy repairs include engine, driveline and light welding
- Knowledge in electrical and A/C systems
- candidates must hold a valid, clean CDL B drivers license w/HazMat and tanker endorsement or the ability to obtain one
- you must own your tools
- One or more years of work experience
- certifications and/or past experience
