M&M is a family owned and operated heating and cooling (HVAC) company. We pride ourselves as a recognized leader in the HVAC industry serving Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan areas including residential and commercial applications.
We are looking for experienced Service Technicians to add to our growing team. Our goal is to have the best well rounded service department in the area. Technicians must have at least 3-5 years experience working on Residential and Light Commercial HVAC equipment
The right candidate will be customer oriented and will work diligently to provide the best customer experience. We expect our Service Technicians to provide accurate information about our services as well as resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
The ideal Technician is mechanically inclined, they take pride in solving issues that others cannot, and understand the value of continued education throughout their HVAC career. They are confident at troubleshooting and will gather the required information to help resolve any customer issue that arises.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance for residential and commercial clients
- Diagnose and repair all types of HVAC equipment
- Accurate documentation of work completed at each service call
- Collecting payment from customers as needed
- Provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives to customer issues - within a timely manner, ensuring resolution for every customer
- Communicate with office staff regarding follow ups, part repairs, and/or quotes
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with both co- workers & customers
- Go the extra mile to engage and assist customers
- Be the best technician you can be.
Technical Skills
- Residential split systems including gas furnaces, electric air handlers, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Light commercial units including roof top units and split systems
- Knowledge or familiarity with the following would be a plus:
- hydronic boilers and water heaters
- geothermal or water-cooled heat pumps
- Understanding of make up air and exhaust systems as well as economizers on packaged equipment
Requirements:
- Universal EPA certification
- Professional verbal and written skills
- 5 years experience in the HVAC industry
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
