Behavior Technician(s) will be trained extensively to work in the growing field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will be given an exciting and unique opportunity to provide one-on-one intensive services to help improve the lives of children! Advance ABA Care currently provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This position is also for students who have finished or are still actively working on coursework and still need fieldwork or practicum hours. Practicum hours can begin accumulating 45 days after initial hire.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master?s degree and completion of ABA coursework
- Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs
- Personal reliable transportation
- Auto insurance & driver?s license
- Clean criminal history
- Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Ability to efficiently write and communicate verbally
- Ability to work supportively with other professionals and staff
Essential Job Functions QBHP/Behavior Consultant:
- Caseload of 2-4 kids (PT) and 5-10 (FT)
- Complete 6-month assessment write ups within 5 days, send to Supervisor for Approval/Notes
- Complete job functions: put in programming, review progress, make changes if no progress is made, 10-20% of supervision (at least once a month in person), parent trainings, assessments, and collaboration with other services Before Required Hours are met
- All hour requirements will continue to be followed per BACB.
- Meet with supervisor weekly to review cases/progress.
- Send weekly hours tracker for billable services.
- Supervisor will supervise once a month in each job function: Parent training, assessment (if any), and supervision (Feedback will be provided)
- You will continue to complete up to 10 hours of Restricted Activities (Direct 1:1 RBT) until 800 hours is met per BACB. After required hours are met
- Send monthly hours tracker for billable services.
- Meet with supervisor bi-weekly to review cases/progress/concerns.
