We are a flower wholesaler seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Facturacion/Cashier to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face at the checkout counter, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform daily cash reconciliation with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product information or demos.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies and merchandising products to enhance visual appeal.
- Use strong communication skills to engage with customers via phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous cashiering experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks systems and basic retail math is advantageous for accurate transactions.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively, spanish/english.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
