About the Role: A prominent private family in Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of their luxury estate. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished professional who is equally comfortable managing a household and providing high level personal support.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage household staff including housekeepers, housemen, and other domestic personnel
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Manage household budgets, inventories, and supply ordering
- Provide personal assistant support — scheduling, travel arrangements, errands, and correspondence
- Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards at all times
- Handle special projects and events as needed
Pay: $140,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
