What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to generate appointments and document customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers who haven’t scheduled an appointment.
- Reschedule missed appointments and set up future follow-ups.
- Send personalized emails to keep customers engaged and informed.
- Reach out to customers based on marketing campaigns.
- Respond to online inquiries and schedule service visits.
