Offshore Performance is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team immediately.
Since 1987, Offshore Performance has been a family-owned and operated Mercury and MerCruiser dealership serving boaters throughout Florida and across the United States. We specialize in high-performance boat re-powers, repairs, and custom rigging, while also operating a thriving retail boat parts business and nationwide eCommerce parts business.

What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy using our inventory management system
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Communicate inventory shortages and discrepancies to management
- Pick, pack, and ship eCommerce, phone, and customer pickup orders accurately and efficiently
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus)
- Assist other departments as needed and perform additional duties assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Minimum two years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Associate degree
- Forklift certification
- Experience with inventory management software
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience in the marine, automotive, or powersports industry

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays as business demands require
- This is an on-site position located in Fort Myers, Florida
