Gallo Car Wash is excited to open our newest location in Tioga, and we're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Guest Experience Associates to help create an exceptional experience for every guest. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Assist customers in selecting the wash package that best fits their needs
- Process payments using our POS system and pay stations
- Educate guests about wash packages, promotions, and Unlimited Membership options
- Answer questions and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Recommend upgrades and membership options to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
- Sales or retail experience is a plus
- Ability to confidently recommend products and services
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Schedule Options
- Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
- Day, Evening, and Morning Shifts
- 5–8 Hour Shifts
