Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Program Director, Strategy & Delivery to join our team.

Program Director, Strategy & Delivery Role Overview
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to drive end-to-end strategy execution, ensuring clear accountability, disciplined delivery, and measurable business value. This role translates enterprise strategy into coordinated, cross-functional programs and ensures sustained adoption and value realization. The role will build and ensure execution of the transformation roadmap, change management plan, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable change adoption across the organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build and own the transformation roadmap, aligning initiatives to strategic business priorities.
Continuously adapt the roadmap based on performance insights, market dynamics, and business conditions.
Translate strategy into executable programs with clear milestones and outcomes.
Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
Manage interdependencies across initiatives and functions.
Ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and value commitments.
Establish governance, decision rights, and reporting frameworks.
Define value-added metrics and success measures for each initiative.
Partner with functional and finance leadership to ensure benefit realization and sustainment.
Lead enterprise-wide cross-functional teams to strengthen collaboration.
Align ELT and senior stakeholders to drive trade-off decisions and shared outcomes.
Translate stakeholder objectives into outcome-driven execution plans.
Serve as an integrator across functions and partners.
Hold initiative leaders accountable for delivery and adoption.
Lead comprehensive change management strategies to drive readiness and adoption.
Conduct impact and organizational readiness assessments.
Monitor adoption effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Lead communications and engagement efforts across the enterprise.
Build and drive a consistent operating model cadence.
Ensure financial governance, budgeting, and value tracking.
Optimize resource allocation and utilization.
Align investments to highest-value initiatives.
Oversee vendor and partner management.
Establish and enforce enterprise governance frameworks.
Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts.
Define and monitor quality and performance standards.
Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Assemble and lead cross-functional teams aligned to program objectives.
Develop enterprise transformation capabilities.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive experience, including leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in program, portfolio, or transformation leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience working across multiple business functions (operations, commercial, finance, or strategy).
Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through complex change initiatives.
Experience operating in food and beverage manufacturing, or similarly complex environments preferred.
