Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong residential framing experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction drawings
- Ability to lay out and frame walls, floors, roofs, openings, and other structural components
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and framing equipment
- Ability to plan ahead and keep projects on schedule
- Strong understanding of proper framing methods and quality standards
- Ability to identify and solve jobsite problems
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently when needed
- Experience with windows, doors, siding, decking, and interior trim is a plus
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and determine the proper layout and sequence of framing work
- Lead framing projects from layout through completion
- Work alongside carpenters and apprentices while providing direction when needed
- Help teach apprentices proper framing techniques, tool use, and jobsite practices
- Keep the crew productive and projects on schedule
- Coordinate daily tasks and make sure materials and tools are ready for upcoming work
- Ensure framing is completed accurately, square, level, plumb, and to our quality standards
- Identify potential issues before they cause delays or rework
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Communicate with management about project progress, material needs, and jobsite issues
- Treat customers, coworkers, and their property with respect

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
