Founding AI Engineer responsible for building core AI systems that analyze and improve engineering team productivity. This is a ground-floor role with full ownership of AI systems, working directly with founders to define product direction and technical architecture.

Develop systems that generate actionable insights for engineering teams without relying on vanity metrics

Own full AI development lifecycle from system design through production deployment and iteration

Establish processes and standards to accelerate future AI feature development

Work directly with founders to translate customer needs into shipped AI features
