What You'll Do
- Partner with nursing leadership to direct daily clinical operations in line with federal, state, and local regulations
- Round on units to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations
- Mentor and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff
- Help develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures
- Participate in QAPI, survey readiness, and infection control
- Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Assist with audits and chart reviews
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning
- Address resident and family concerns with compassion
- Oversee clinical supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Step in with direct resident care as needed
What You Bring
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- 2–3 years of skilled nursing facility experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems
- Working knowledge of HIPAA
Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands. Occasional lifting or repositioning of residents and lifting up to 25 lbs. Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
