DOCENT is seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Experience Delivery Assistant to support our immersive cultural experiences throughout the Franklin and Middle Tennessee area.
As a Experience Delivery Assistant, you play a critical role in creating memorable experiences for residents and participants. Working alongside our Cultural Experience Guide, you will help transform community spaces into engaging cultural events while ensuring every presentation runs smoothly from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, appreciates art and culture, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences.
Position Details
- Part-Time, Flexible Schedule
- Approximately 3 hours per engagement
- Competitive compensation: $25/hour
- Travel within the Williamson County area
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable interacting with older adults and diverse audiences.
- Ability to lift and transport presentation materials and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Event, hospitality, education, or customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pick-up Experience package at HQ
- Set up for the Experience at client location
- Assist Cultural Experience Guide
- Break down equipment
- Return Experience package with all materials to HQ
