Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Social Impact & Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure corporate sponsorships that align with organizational goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate sponsors, partners, and donors to meet financial targets.
- Manage relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction through regular communication and updates.
- Research potential funding sources, including corporations, and organizationagencies, to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and sponsorship packages using tools like Raiser's Edge or other CRM software to maximize funding prospects.
- Coordinate with marketing and public relations teams to promote sponsorships and partnership successes across various channels.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship activities, donor information, and engagement history within databases or CRM systems.
- Organize events, meetings, or presentations to showcase partnership impacts and foster community involvement.
Skills
- Experience working with databases such as Raiser's Edge or similar CRM software for tracking sponsorships and donor information.
- Strong skills in grant proposal writing, research, and strategic planning to identify new funding opportunities.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles, relationship management techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to craft engaging marketing materials and manage public relations efforts related to sponsorship programs.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with corporate partners, stakeholders, and community members.
- Familiarity with CRM software, databases, and research tools essential for effective sponsorship management.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
