Customer Service Planner (nuts and bolts for the automotive industry )
Berrang Inc., a growing automotive supplier, is looking for a Customer Service Employee
for automotive parts.
We are located at 1013 Robinson Road, Greer, SC, 29651.
Office hours are 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Berrang Inc. supplies a wide variety of fasteners to the automotive, electronics and aerospace industry.
We have 12 locations around the world. This position is for our Greer, SC, USA, facility.
Customer Service RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Updating delivery schedules and sales contracts;
-Processing and analyzing incoming customer orders (customer EDI transmissions, mostly);
-Using our computer software and MSExcel to ensure parts are always available for on-time shipments;
-Assisting the sales account manager on other tasks, as directed
REQUIREMENTS:
- solid experience in a customer service function processing customer orders via EDI’s or email;
- demonstrated working knowledge with MRP computer software (similar to INFOR, SAP or Oracle, etc.)
- proven skills in MSExcel are “MUST-HAVE” requirement
- German language skills and knowledge about fasteners would be a plus;
- Must be reliable and detail-oriented;
-Ability to push back customer order releases that cannot be fulfilled;
-Affinity working with numbers is required;

Experience:
- working with MRP computer software (SAP, INFOR, etc.): 2 years (Required)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
