Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Affton, MO
Remote Option Available for highly qualified candidates!
Temporary Position: Through December 31
Part-Time: Approximately 24 hours per week (3 days/week, with a flexible schedule)
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with SAP (MIRO & FB60) experience? We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team immediately!
What You'll Do:
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Enter and verify invoices using SAP (MIRO & FB60)
- Resolve pricing, quantity, and invoice discrepancies
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Apply proper GL coding and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Requirementsr:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Hands-on SAP AP experience (MIRO & FB60 required)
- Knowledge of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment cycles
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Schedule Flexibility: Office hours are generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but start times as early as 7:00 AM are available.
