Essential Duties:
- Maintain and update risk registers, ensuring proper documentation, ownership, and tracking of mitigation actions
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and evaluate effectiveness of risk management programs
- Coordinate with insurance brokers, carriers, and underwriters to support underwriting submissions, data collection, and coverage strategy
- Lead contract review for insurance and risk transfer, evaluating indemnification provisions, insurance requirements, and allocation of risk across agreements
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual insurance requirements, certificates, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track insurance renewals, premiums, invoicing, and related financial activities; support reconciliation and collaborate with Finance on billing accuracy
- Support claims management activities, including coordination with brokers, documentation, resolution tracking, and trend analysis
- Serve as a risk management resource to Finance, Legal, Operations, and field teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk strategy
- Support compliance activities including audits, regulatory requirements, and insurance-related reporting obligations
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries to communicate risk exposure, program performance, and key initiatives
Requirements:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- EXPERIENCE: 1-5 years experience in related field
- OTHER:
