We are seeking a Sales Counselor to build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the decision-making process to join our community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in.
- Utilize a relationship-based sales approach by understanding individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle goals.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, conduct tours, follow up on inquiries, and document activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents.
- Stay informed on market trends, competition, and community offerings to effectively position La Vida Llena.
- Generate reports, track performance, and continuously refine sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: $60,000 / year annually + comission
About You
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
