Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and ensuring guest satisfaction during activities or functions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for food service, merchandise sales, or activity fees.
- Manage guest services by resolving conflicts professionally and efficiently, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.
- Work with children and families by facilitating engaging activities and ensuring a safe environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of events management and conflict management techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking scenarios.
- Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures.
