What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests promptly and listen closely to their needs.
- Build and care for a personal client book with thoughtful follow-up.
- Share product knowledge (stones, metals, styles) in simple, friendly terms.
- Create a relaxed, professional experience from “hello” to “thank you.”
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with integrity.
What You’ll Bring
- A warm, professional presence and clear communication.
- Strong time management and follow-through.
- Self-direction and organization in a busy, in-person setting.
- Grace under pressure and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Jewelry schooling is a plus—not required. We’ll send you through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) to become an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP).
