- 2+ years QuickBooks Enterprise (not QuickBooks Online)
- Industrial/manufacturing/service environment experience
- Purchase Order creation
- AP invoice matching to PO + receiving documents
- Receiving UPS/FedEx/freight deliveries
- Tagging, labeling, and organizing parts
- AR payment processing for walk‑in customers
- Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and work in both office + shop areas
- Create POs for parts and supplies
- Receive deliveries, verify items, tag parts, and enter receiving receipts into QB Enterprise
- Match vendor invoices to POs and receiving documents
- Process AP and AR transactions
- Assist walk‑in customers with payments and order pickup
- Support technicians with parts, paperwork, and job coordination
- Answer phones and maintain organized office workflows
- Inventory coordination
- Job‑costing or industrial service experience
- Vendor communication experience
