Overview
Join a growing commercial construction team as a Traveling Construction Superintendent, leading projects across senior living, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, and retail. You'll take ownership of field operations, manage subcontractors, drive schedules, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and with exceptional quality. Experience
- Proven track record as a Construction Superintendent with extensive construction site experience across diverse projects
- Demonstrated success managing teams in a construction management role with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong background in heavy civil or pipeline projects preferred; familiarity with federal construction safety regulations essential
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera P3, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, OSHAs standards, and other construction management software tools
- Experience interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately for project execution
- Skilled in construction scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and contract management
- Knowledge of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
