Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair cable systems (TV, internet, phone)
- Troubleshoot service issues and perform routine maintenance
- Conduct site surveys and ensure optimal signal strength
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (technical certification a plus)
- Experience in cable installation or a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
