**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. - Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing of linens and clothing. - Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and carpet cleaning machines, to ensure the facility is thoroughly cleaned and maintained. - Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing, to maintain the facility's appearance and safety. - Use a variety of cleaning products to ensure the facility is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. - Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. - Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to achieve a seamless and efficient cleaning process. **Experience:** - Previous housekeeping experience is required, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting. - Experience with hotel housekeeping management and floor care is a significant advantage. - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects is necessary. - High school diploma or equivalent education is required. **Skills:** - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with residential and commercial cleaning is a plus. - Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures and products. - Ability to use cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols. - Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques. - Ability to handle laundry duties efficiently and effectively. - Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
