We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of roles, including technical positions, executive roles, campus hires, and internal transfers.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS, and research techniques to identify high-potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts while maintaining compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication skills and relationship management practices.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro to track applicant data, streamline workflows, and generate lead generation reports.
- Support onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development initiatives to foster employee engagement from day one.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting processes.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo or Workday; familiarity with HRIS platforms like SAP or Kronos is a plus.
- Deep understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Skilled in social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using tools like Salesforce, ADP or Paychex for payroll integration and employee data management.
- Exceptional research skills combined with cold calling techniques to generate candidate leads and build talent pipelines.
- Knowledge of HR functions including employee evaluation, employee relations, contracts management, succession planning and HR training & development.
