STADCO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager to support the Program Management team in coordinating customer programs, tracking project milestones, and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing and aerospace-related projects.

Position Summary
The Junior Program Manager will assist with the administration and coordination of customer programs from project kickoff through completion. This role supports customer communications, internal coordination, project tracking, reporting, scheduling, and day-to-day operational activities that help ensure projects remain on schedule and meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Management team with daily program and project activities.
- Support customer programs from initial launch through project completion.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and status reports.
- Track customer requests, engineering changes, and project documentation.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting summaries.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership.
- Assist with contract and customer documentation review.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and internal action items to ensure timely resolution.
- Support manufacturing schedules and track project deliverables.
- Help maintain accurate records within company databases and systems.
- Participate in customer meetings and internal project review meetings.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and administrative projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of company objectives.
Qualifications Required
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in:
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- Engineering
- Operations Management
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- PowerPoint
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or project tracking software.
- Understanding of project management concepts and scheduling.
