PCA certification (PCA Test is mandatory for this position) Exceptions: Please notify company of current certifications or licensures. PCA courses can be taken in office and must be completed before hire date.
CNA license or Medical Assistant Certification accepted.
Social Security Card
Current CPR card certification -First Aid& Healthcare provider "required courses" can be taken online or at any CPR approved testing site.
